Title: Aqua Yacht 24" x 36" Oil on Birch Panel Walking along West Palm Beach Marina this Aqua Yacht and her reflections stopped me in my tracks. I sat on the walkway to take photographs and sketch the scene. Once back in my studio painting a small study in oil then painted it larger. Applying thin to thick and dark to light values of paint building each layer. Finishing up with palette knife textures throughout the water refections.
